Rather than relocate, my clients opted to extend their existing property. A popular choice for many people these days.

 

We started with a loose brief and hand drawn sketches, to explore various ideas.

 

I feel that at this early stage it benefits the client, not to be tied down to more rigid technical drawings.

 

Subsequently computer aided graphics offer very realistic 3D visuals to assist in design choices.

 

Local Partnering.

Once the design was finalised I was able to assist the client in selecting local professional help to manage the project on a day to day basis. With two or three personal visits during the build, as required.

 

This approach allows me to take on design work throughout the UK.

 

 

The design attracted 'Permitted Development Rights' ie it did not require Planning Permission. This offers a number of advantages concerning programme, cost, and avoiding having to deal with objections.

 

Considerable alterations to a property can be undertaken through this process. And I offer a free consultation to advise on this.
