MORTGAGE LENDERS

Self-Builders, using their own labour, or employing local tradesmen can often find difficulty in satisying their Lender (or Lawyer), regarding oversight of their project.

Various insurance schemes are available, but can be costly; and do not always employ the services of a Qualified and Experienced Professional*

Architect's Certification is accepted across the industry, and can provide you with onsite expertise and re-assurance.
