INSURANCE: ensure your contractor’s insurances are adequate, current, and meet the requirements of your lender
MORTGAGE LENDER: obtain written agreement (to proceed) from your lender, regarding the nature, form, frequency, and scope of the ‘architect’s certification’
LEGAL ADVISOR: take advice on proposed arrangements governing the issue of ’architect’s certificates for your lender’ before entering into agreement for such
MAKE CLEAR TO YOUR LENDER AND LEGAL ADVISOR ANY CONSTRAINTS AND/OR RESTRICTIONS ATTACHED TO THE 'ARCHITECT'S CERTIFICATE'
